Step 1: Register yourself on Godrej Partner Connect App

Step 2: Understand Lead Registration Process


 (Client can be registered when he meets Godrej Representative physically or can be registered
on Virtual Call as well in case the client is from Outstation)
 When a lead/client is registered in Godrej System, it is registered for 60 days.
 You can track your walk-in/booking status on the app itself.
 Also, You will have to share your consent on SOP which will be shared by your relationship
manager.

Step 3: When your client does the booking, post completion of 20% payment and Builder Buyer
Agreement you can submit your invoice.(Haryana RERA number mandatory)
 Brokerage is calculated on BSP(Flat/Unit cost which includes Preferential Location Charges as
well)

Step 4: Post submission of invoice, your brokerage is released within 60 working days.
