A wave is a disturbance that transfers energy.
Parts of wave:
Crest is the highest point in the waves.
Trough is the lowest point in the wave.
Amplitude is the height of the wave.
Wavelength is the spatial period, or space of the wave. The distance over which the wave's shape repeats.
So basically like crest to crest.

Electromagnetic waves or EM waves are waves that are created because of vibrations between an electric field
and a magnetic field.
Electromagnetic waves are formed when an electric field meets a magnetic field.
James Clerk Maxwell formulated the Electromagnetic Wave Theory which says that an oscillating electric
current should be capable of radiating energy in the form of Electromagnetic waves
The Electromagnetic spectrum is a continuum of electromagnetic waves arranged according to frequency and
wavelength.
Waves in the EM spectrum include the following from the longest wavelength to the shortest wavelength.
