That the Complainant Gopi nath is an ailing old senior citizen who
owing to his ill health is unable to appear before this Hon’ble court
today.

Furthermore, the proceedings of the case do not necessitate the

personal appearance on behalf of the complainant today and the
complainant is being represented through his counsel.
Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may
kindly be pleased to exempt the personal appearance of Complainant
for today in the interest of Justice.
