We compete in the sheet steel enclosure market, serving the emergent needs of Modular
Enclosures, Boxes and Type Tested Panel Enclosures which are part of the growing Rs 6,500
Cr market in India and multiple times this globally.

We are similar to Rittal & NVent Hofmann in the OEM & Systems Integrator category of
Modular Form 1 Enclosures, which we call MODBAY and Boxes christened MODONE .

And in the Form 3 / 4 MCC / PCC category we are similar to Elsteel and Ri4Power of Rittal
from the Switchgear agnostic section of the market. Our Product category here is called
MODDIS and the draw out version MODDRW.

In the Switchgear OEM category we are compared with Blockset and Prisma of Schneider,
Sivacon & Siepan of Siemens, Artuk of ABB and Ti and Enersys of L&T. Here, MODUTEC are
the OEM Panel Partners in India for Mitsubishi (Japan) and LS Electric (South Korea).
Informally, we also represent the Eaton brand for their India based projects.

ABOUT COMPANY FUNCTIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE:

There are designated departments in Modutec of Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations,

Quality, Finance & HR all reporting to the Managing Director through Heads of Functions.

The Supply Chain is managed through an ERP and both On Time Delivery to Customers and
Process Lead Time Reductions are part of our Continual Improvement Systems. Modutec
Design, Systems and Processes have been accredited to ISO 9001:2015.

Manufacturing Infrastructure here comprises of multiple CNC Turret Punch Presses, Bending
& Shearing Machines, Power Presses, Mig-Mag, Projection and Stud Welding Machines, 9
Tank Pre-Treatment Process for the Steel, with Powder Coating and then Foam gasketing
machines.

We have a semi-automated pneumatic line for fast assembly as well as a designated packing,
stores & logistics sections.

We operate out of a combined space of 62,000 sft with our sister company Load Controls
India Private Limited, wherein, here we populate the Modutec Enclosures with Electricals and
serve certain select Customers.

We have in-house Canteen facility for the entire team and Customers. Several Huddle Rooms
and a 40 Seater Training Center engages our Employees in learning, sharing and growing.
PARTNERING WITH SWITCHGEAR MFG IN INDIA:

Representing Switchgear Manufacturers in India, Modutec has a firm agreement in being the
official partner (with IEC 61439-1-2 Type Tested Enclosure Systems) for both Mitsubishi of
Japan as well as LS Electric of South Korea for their India operations. With Eaton too, we are
the only Type Tested Modular Switchboard Enclosure System manufacturer in India and do
partner with them too in several projects in India. Modutec have also got ASTA Certifications
with Schneider & Siemens Switchgear with Copper BusBars which we go done for Doha, ME
based Panel Builders.

With ABB Switchgear, Modutec have on behalf of 60+ Panel Builders, Type Tested their
Modular Switchboard Enclosure with 4000A Bus Bars, under the aegis of Intertek ASTA
Certification.

Modutec along with LS Electric will Type Test their Switchgear, all over again in the PT&T
Laboratories of South Korea with Modutec Modular Enclosures, by the 1 st quarter of 2022
and this time with Copper Bus Bars for the world markets!

Modutec will in 2022 test for Internal Arc Test and Seismic Tests and this Testing philosophy
will remain a continual direction to consistently deliver to the market, relevant, reliable and
repeatedly tested products to appropriate standards.
By the 1st Quarter of 2022, Modutec Switchboards also targets to get Type Tested with
Schneider Switchgear and with Siemens Switchgear with Aluminum Bus Bars for the Indian
Markets.

In March 2019, Modutec appointed their first overseas Dealer in Awal Electric of the Uneeco
Group, Bahrain. Subsequently, we have Abcos of Thames Electric in Kenya, EPS in Western
Australia and Hi Switch in New South Wales, in the eastern part of Australia. Many more are
getting added to this list very soon.
