Excuse Letter shall be required from student's.

This letter should be typewritten by the parent
or guardian and should be include the date of
absent.
No Excuse Letter, parents will be informed
through letter/conference.
G. GRADING
SYSTEM
 PROMOTION

The passing grade in all subject is 75%

and above for a student's to be
promoted.
A student's cannot be promoted if
his/her final average is below 75%.
 RETENTION
If the student's failed in one subject but his/her average
is passed, he/she may go on the next grade level provided.
He/she needs to pass the remedial class.
If the student's failed in one subject and the general
average is 75% below, the student's retained.
Also, failed two academic subjects and the general
average is passed, he/she considered retained.
H. REPORT
CARD
A Report Card is the written record of a
student's scholastic achievement and
personal deportment in school. It serves as
the official communication and information
for student's and parent's regarding the
student's academic progress.
It is issued personally and exclusively to
parent's/guardians only on scheduled dates set
by the school officials. No extension given.
The student's report card should be inspected
acknowledged, and signed by parents/guardians
and be returned to the adviser two (2) days
after the issuance.
