EFFECTS OF TECHNOLOGY
In the 21st century, technology has become an inseparable part of our daily lives,
communication, transforming societies, and providing easy access to information that
helps us in everyday situations. In various areas of human life, technology refers to the
function of scientific knowledge, utilization of tools, techniques, development, and
processes to attain specific objectives. The impact of technology on our civilization
has been revolutionary, bringing about significant changes in our daily lives.

From the most straightforward tools, hammers, and knives to the most advanced
machines such as computers and robots, technology has enabled us to perform tasks
that would have been impossible otherwise. It has made communication faster and
more efficient, allowing us to connect with others. The advantages of technology are
plentiful, it enables access to a vast amount of information. Allowing people to
provide meaningful feedback on others' performance, assessment, and collaborative
projects with the increasing use and technology in daily life. The Internet has changed
people socially and emotionally, losing the value of natural beauty and internal peace.
However, there are disadvantages to consider as well. As much as it has enhanced our
lives, it can also be addictive and lead to excessive screen time. Prolonged usage can
affect our physical and mental health negatively. Additionally, technology can
contribute to loneliness and social isolation as people spend more time engaged with
their devices than with other people. Privacy is another issue, as the collection and
storage of personal data may raise concerns about proper safeguards and misuse. This
change took place rapidly over the last few decades and has had an overwhelmingly
negative effect on the quantity and quality of the use of technology.

A balanced approach is essential. On the one hand, technology can improve our lives
in countless ways, yet on the other hand, it can also create problems that need to be
addressed. Balancing technology can be challenging, but there are several ways to
achieve it. Individuals can use technology effectively while still maintaining healthy
relationships, good mental health, and physical well-being. Let's remember that
technology should be a tool to enhance our lives, not a burden or detriment.
