Answer the following Questions as complete as possible:
1. What are the changes and impact of Science, Technology and Society?
ANSWER:
Science and technology have had and continue to
have a significant influence on society. Science has
influenced mankind's moral ideals and core ideas by
radically altering our means of communication, the
way we work, our home, clothing, and food, our
modes of transportation, and even the duration and
quality of life itself. Science has impacted how we live
and what we think since the invention of the plow.
Science has provided man the opportunity to explore social problems such as ethics, aesthetics,
education, and justice, as well as to establish cultures and enhance human situations, by making life
simpler. However, it has also given us the unique capability of destroying ourselves.
4. What are impacts of Science, Technology and Society in the modern world?
ANSWER:
In today's world, science and technology have
become the backbone of every civilization. It has
altered the way people live across the world. It's
difficult to fathom living without the most up-to-
date technology. New technologies are
introduced into the globe on a regular basis. It
has made people's life easier and more
enjoyable. Mobile phones have replaced letters

the previous century, transportation infrastructure has improved. Humans have been superseded by
artificial intelligence. The newest technological advancements have shifted society's attitude. Everything
in our environment revolves around the fringes of science and technology. It has been humanity's
greatest blessing.
5. What are the issues and challenges in Science, Technology and Society?
ANSWER:
The disadvantages of science and
technology are mostly due to how we utilize
science and technology, rather than science
and technology itself. Science and
technology are only tools, means to an end.
The following are some of the
disadvantages: (1) It resulted in inequity.
Countries that are more adept at employing
science and technology keep their
knowledge to themselves rather than sharing it with the rest of the world, resulting in certain countries
becoming more developed than others. (2) An overabundance of dependence on science and
technology has resulted in a widespread loss of local customs and traditions. (3) As a result of science
and technology, there has been an increase in cybercrime. (4) People are becoming hooked to their
electronic gadgets, which has been a major issue in the last ten years. (5) Finally, science and technology
have contributed to the reduction of human touch. We may be linked via WhatsApp, Facebook, and
other social media platforms, but there is a personal connection that is lacking. Science and technology,
on the other hand, have solved many difficulties and have generally benefited humanity. However, there
are a few problems that can be overcome if the motivations for adopting such a tool are understood.
