DRY DOCK LIST

DECK:
1. Replace damaged Pad Assembly on Hatch Covers. Pads assembly received. No found teflon on
board, need to make request.
2. Starboard side anchor. Need to check in DD. Mark all shackles of both chains.
3. Rack piece pad for Macrack received on board (rubber), need make request for rack piece holder
(rubber) for Macrack (spur rack).
4. Minor job. Need to change upholstery on 2 sofas in Crew Messroom or change the sofas.
5. Aft ventilation trunk (port & starboard side) doors/covers in CH no.4 to be renewed. Doors / covers
stored in the Forecastle store.
6. FFLB release gear, releasing hook support rod need to change, need to make request.
7. Check the windows on navigational bridge, guarantee claim was on the windows and new windows
are received, location of new windows big wooden box on D-Deck aft.
8. Both chain-stoppers were actually installed in opposite direction (180 degrees wrong), probably
during last DD, need to be changed.
9. Securing points for pilot rope ladder need to be welded on deck on port and starboard side for all
positions that pilot rope ladder can be secured as per regulations.
10. Greasing points to be manufactured on top of FFLB davit for hanging off assembly and swivel
sheave assembly.
