I have more than 21 years of experience in the development sector including a decade in TVET
management/Vocational skills development. I have working experience in the field of
Enterprises Development, Private sector engagement, Forestry and Natural resources
management, Climate change, community development, Road construction, infrastructure
development, and Policy dialogue by developing District forestry sector plan, District periodic
plan, Village level development plan, District transport master plan with coordination and
collaboration of government agencies, development partner and concerned stakeholders. I have
experience in managing 2-13 human resources in different 7 projects and can co-manage USD
0.15 to 0.2 million/year grants in the last 3 projects such as NSCFP, DRILP, and LRIP which all
were funded by SDC. I have been working in my career focusing on project cycle management,
TVET training cycle management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and learning captures in the field
of TVET management in EF/Helvetas, and ENSSURE/Helvetas, Forestry & Natural resources
in NSCFP/Helvetas as well as infrastructure and Road construction in ITECO Engineering a
Swiss company as a key person and senior management team member by formulating YPO,
strategic collaboration with concern stakeholders to execute the plan, Periodic reports,
mainstreaming learning into the government system, and exit planning.

I have experience in project design, implementation, and developing M&E systems, required
manuals, and guidelines to execute the project. I have provided technical assistance on TVET,
Forestry and NRM, Infrastructure, and Road construction-related projects. I have been
extensively involved in the service and works procurement process in NSCFP, DRILP, LRIP,
and Employment Fund as well as ENSSURE too as per the public procurement act and
organizational norms. I also have experience in qualitative and quantitative research such as ZOI
survey, baseline survey, income and employment verification survey, outcome monitoring, and
reporting, and research designs too.    

Moreover, I have worked to generate employment by providing vocational and skills

development training according to the CTEVT curriculum & skills standard ensuring
occupational health safety, HRM policy, and a learning environment for beneficiaries. I have
managed dual-vet apprenticeship, training with OJT, worker further training, career guidance
program by developing a training manual, implementation guidelines, and monitoring guidelines.
Moreover, I have developed and used different tools and instruments for assessing the skills and
learning of apprentices, and trainees such as performance guides, portfolio profiles, and
product/result rating instruments for work-based learning.

My academic expertise is to understand needs and gaps analysis in society and supporting the
livelihoods improvement of beneficiaries through TVET, NRM, Value chain, and BSD by active
engagement of the private sector, CBOs, and beneficiaries. I am equipped with social
knowledge, broaden skills development prospects, and am competent as a team player. I also
have a good understanding of cultural values and the dynamic of government personnel while
working in the Department of the Forest as a forestry professional. So, the deepening and fusion
experiences of government, private sector, CBOs, and development partners could be an added
value and support to balance government line agencies and other stakeholders including NGOs,
private sector/industries associations, and developmental partners at the different projects.

Finally, I am very committed, persistent, and punctual.  My strengths include working well with
multiple donors, multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams with various personalities, synergetic
skills, and conflict management in a way of creative and resourceful attitude. I have had
remarkable experiences working in adverse circumstances during the Maoist insurgency and
pandemic too. I am familiar with the application of data collection, management, and analysis
tools as well equipped with Microsoft Offices tools.
