1. Activity:
 The teacher will play a video presentation and let the give share what they have observation about the
video.
2. Procedure:
 Let the students share their thought and experiences as their example.
3. Discussion: Discuss the standard operating procedures in housekeeping.

4. Abstraction: Answer the essential question about the topic discussed.

5. Application:
 Students will be group into 5 and let them demonstrate some scenario on how to handle
guests request. .

1. Activity: The class will play a charades, the teacher will pick a word relating to things needed in handling
queries and act it in front of the students. The teacher will let the student guess the word he/she acted.
2. Procedure: Give more examples of scenario on how to handle queries to the guests.

3. Discussion: Discuss the basic etiquette in answering phone call and its importance.

4. Abstraction: Answer the essential questions about the topic discussed.

5. Application:
 Role Play: Applying the dialogue in proper etiquette in handling queries.

 The students will be given ten minutes for them to review with their respective notes/handouts for the

 The students will choose their pair to collaboratively memorize about the vision and mission of the school.
2. Procedure:
 The teacher will discuss about the coverage for the midterm examination.
 The teacher will randomly select the pairs to recite the vision and mission of the school
3. Discussion:
 The students will comprehend and understand about the previous lessons.
 The students will recite the vision and mission of the school.
4. Abstraction:
 The students will take the summative examination.
