    Dear Sir,
    Greetings in the name of public service!
    As part of routine activities of the Bureau of Fire Protection to stay fit to fight fires and
    other emergency responses, it is our duty to incorporate physical conditioning at least
    once a week to keep our mind and body functioning well and ready to respond.
    Physical conditioning could be done in a form of sports activity. In line with this, our
    office would like to respectfully request for the possibility to schedule for the use of BFP
    Personnel the Morong Gym on March 10, 2023 at 2:00pm till 6:00pm and on Sunday,
    March 12, 2023 8:00am till 10:00am.

    Approval of this request would help the personnel catch up with physical conditioning
    and would mean personnel are fit to respond to emergencies that arise within our
    municipality
