Steps in creating a wellness creed

Step 1: Identify who you are

Step 2: What do I believe?

 Write about your life principles, skills, and talents that may affect your lifestyle.
Example: I believe that what we need to sow today what we want to reap tomorrow.
Step 3: Statement of Goal/s or desired results

 Write about your long- term and short- term fitness goals.
Example: I plan to achieve and maintain a healthy and fit body throughout my lifetime.
Step 4: Plan of action

 Write steps to realize your goals.


Example: I will exercise regularly. I will strictly adhere to my diet plan. I will keep doing my fitness
plan with confidence and hard work.
Step 5: Put together the sentences from each step to create your own wellness creed.

I am Kyla Irish Isip, an assiduous 18-year-old college student taking up a Bachelor of Science in Medical
Laboratory Science in the hope of becoming a physician aspirant in the long run. Life for me is about
finding which situations we will give the most importance- growth, and serenity. Through that principle,
I came to love reading books, enhancing my writings, and with a bit of spice of crocheting. Intending to
have a life worth living, I plan to engage myself with physical activities starting now and attain as holistic
wellness as possible. I will achieve the goals by monitoring my food intake, doing regular exercise,
promoting self-awareness, having time for meditations, and inhibiting my body from indulging in
unhealthy habits.
