ASSIGNMENT

1. After going through the two day zoom session on Maintaining Secrecy & Fidelity Of Customer
Information, please list a sequence of precautions and cautions you would take from now
onwards on the discussed topic in your professional work environment.
 Act with integrity, competence, dignity, and ethically while dealing with the customers
 Safeguard the confidential information of the Bank and customers.
 Avoid any action that may be repugnant, unethical or unlawful.
 Avoid sharing such information i.e. customer data, product manuals, technical secrets,
confidential research work, technical processes, operating manuals, marketing plans and
strategies.
 Confidential information concerning a customer must never be disclosed to a third party
except pursuant to a statute or regulation, or a court order or other legal process, or
after receiving consent of the customer or supplier in writing.
 Upon transfer, the access rights of an individual to information assets and services shall
be revoked.

2. Share and briefly discuss a real life example on the discussed topic either local or international
and how it impacted the organization and other stakeholders.
