SUMMARY

1. That the area wherein the proposed garage of the trucking services is in the
jurisdiction of Barangay Matina Pangi.

2. That the area where the proposed trucking services garage to be established is
very much favorable for the said services.

3. That the proposed business is not those being banned by this barangay.

4. That said proposed business establishment does not pose any hazards to the
area or the community.

5. That the operator of the said proposed entity is willing to comply with the existing
rules and ordinances in relation to the aforesaid business.

Recommendation:

Based on the above observation we hereby recommend for the issuance of a

Barangay Resolution interposing no objection on the proposed establishment of a
garage for trucking services.
