Note: Students need to write one experiment from IC Engine Testing and one experiment from
Vehicle Diagnosing.
IC ENGINE TESTING
1. Conduct load test and draw performance curves on the available diesel engine
2. Conduct load test and draw performance curves on the available petrol engine
3. Conduct Morse Test on available petrol engine.
4. Drawing of heat balance sheet of an available IC engine.
VEHICLE DIAGNOISING
5. Conduct static and dynamic wheel balancing on wheel balancing machine
6. Conduct Wheel Alignment for the available 4 wheeler.
7. Check the health of given engine using Engine Analyzer
8. Conduct On-Board Diagnosis Scanning for the given vehicle
9. Measure the various emissions from a petrol engine exhaust using exhaust gas analyzer.
10. Measure the various emissions from a diesel engine exhaust using exhaust gas analyzer.
11. Cleaning and Testing of given spark plug on a spark plug test bench.
