100m Try to have a good technique to make me 16.4 seconds, I have just achieved My best result was 16.4. I
run more faster, my goal is to run under 18 my goal. tried to use my arms for
seconds. speed which kind of made
a few more seconds
difference.

Event 2 (Jump) Athletics Day Results Best Recorded Result

Triple Jump Try to land in the sandpit, so jumping more I got a foul for all 3 tries. I’ll try to My best score was
higher and faster might help with this. do better next time. probably when we didn’t do
it on athletics day, I think
that at that time I had better
coordination and knew
exactly what to do.

Javelin Try to have a good technique to make me I got 6.46m and achieved my goal. 6.46m was my best score, it
throw further and more accurate, 4m is my was better than last time
goal. since then I was just
starting to get to know
Javelin.
