After knowing the result of your physical fitnesss test, what does the result reflect?

The physical test was quite challenging for me. It requires a lot of effort to achieve a high-performance
rating. The first fitness test that I took was the Standing Long Jump. I got a high-performance rating (1.56
meters). It is a practical test to evaluate leg power.  The exercise develops the core, engages the upper
body, and tones the lower body from the calves to the glutes. The second fitness test that I took was the
Ruler Drop Test (10 inches). I got a good performance rating and I found it hard to achieve. A ruler and
some basic math are all that are required for the ruler drop test to evaluate the reaction time. The third
fitness test I took was the One Leg Balance. I got a high-performance rating (3 points) which is quite hard
and took me a lot of time to practice. It improves proprioception and lessens muscular and structural
imbalances in the body. After that exercise, I proceed to Shuttle Run. I got a high-performance rating (16
points). A shuttle run test may be brief and simple or lengthy and slow. They are made to assess an
individual's agility and speed. The fifth test that I took was the 50-Meter Sprint. It was the most
enjoyable exercise that I took because I got a lot of classmates who took the test at the same time as
mine. I got a high-performance rating (14 seconds) which is not bad for first-timers. This test was
intended to measure acceleration and speed. Lastly, the hardest part of all the activities was the Balls
Juggling. I got a marginal performance rating (3 points). This activity enhances bi-manual dexterity,
concentration, focus, ability to create goals, solve problems, and delayed gratification.

As a working or full-time student, not to mention the addiction of students to the Internet or video
games including social networking sites, how will you maintain your physical fitness?

Recently, I've noticed that students are increasingly focused on using gadgets as a mode of learning
and/or entertainment. Students' addiction to the Internet or video games, including social networking
sites, may be harmful to their physical and mental health. It weakens a person over time and can lead to
mild to severe illness. To be honest, I was once addicted to playing online games, which ruined both my
physical and mental health. I became weak and skinny, and I suffered from anxiety attacks. However, I
soon realized that I was not developing as a person. I began to follow my parents' advice to eat healthily
and exercise efficiently. I maintain my discipline because I know how it feels to be stuck in meaningless
activities that will lead me nowhere in the future. I stay physically fit by reminding myself to be
consistent and goal-oriented.
