The second one will be your dream lifestyle to have. Make a catchy title of your essay.

Own Lifestyle: “My daily life style”

My lifestyle being a students in this new normal, When I wake up in the morning, I always do I
check my messenger to read the announcements of our teachers while lying to bed and after that
the first I will do I drink water, I brush my teeth and I will take a bath then I will prepare my
things to attend to online class or I will make my task or activities, I always priorities my study
because our situation this time of pandemic, we need to teach ourselves or self-study. This time
of pandemic, I always do the same things every day, the things I doing is repetitive. But I have
weaknesses I can’t control myself to overthink about happen in this world. In this situation of
new normal learning’s I feel like it takes twice as much time, effort, and energy to do even
simple tasks, which can be quite draining. I’ve really had to be very compassionate and patient
with myself lately, I felt stress and mentally tired and having an anxiety is so hard, I forgot to
take care my mental health, but I’m still okay I know not only me suffering, many people
affected in this pandemic and I hear a lot of people struggle to find a distraction-free space at
home that is conducive to do productive and effective work. So I realized we need face the
challenges in our life to be stronger person.
Dream Lifestyle: “My dream lifestyle”

My dream lifestyle I want to apply to myself is the “active lifestyle”, I want to have an
active lifestyle consists of having exercises daily, socializing with people, join groups or clubs in
my neighborhood, and an active and healthy body and mind. Living an active life is important
to staying healthy. Staying active helps to reduce our risk of conditions like heart disease,
diabetes, and stroke. Exercise has also been linked to improved mental health and cognitive
function. also I want to have a “rural lifestyle”, I will be grow crops, animals, and love nature
and rural areas, I want to grow my own food, I will put up a farm and grow fruits and veggies
and maybe animals. I could be enjoyed by just sitting on my front porch, looking at the field,
enjoying my cup of coffee or tea and enjoying the fresh breeze and I want a happy community.
But in this new normal we need to stay at home, wear facemask and we need to observe a social
distancing, maybe after pandemic .I hope one day our live will be better and the pandemic will
disappear. And I hope my dream lifestyle I’ll make it soon.

Learning Activity 2.2:

We have our own lifestyle; everyone has its own way of living. Do you have a healthy life style
or not? If yes, what are important things did you do to achieve healthy living? If no, what are the
things you have to make to have a healthy living and to value your lifestyle? Explain your
answer on a space provided below

Honestly, No I don’t have enough healthy lifestyle, I know to myself I need to improve
my lifestyle and I want to learn more to improve my lifestyle and now maybe I will start to basic
steps. I will drink more water, get enough sleep, I will exercise, I will eat more fruits and
vegetables, I will Cut down on processed foods , and I will avoid negative people in my life and
also I will avoid negativity to myself. A healthy lifestyle is a way of living that lowers the risk of
being seriously ill or dying early. And now I realized the value of living with a healthy lifestyle
both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person.

Learning Activity 2.3:


Tell whether the statement is Physical Activity or Physical Exercise. If it is Physical Activity
write PA and if it is Physical Exercise write PE. Write it on a space provided before each

I realized physical fitness is really important in our body and to our life, it can improve our
health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases, and also the Physical activity and
exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. And the important things I learned
the regular activity can improve our quality of life. And Physical fitness provides strong bones
and muscles, leads to better health and well-being, prevents various health problems, reduces the
risk of several diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, etc. and improves a better quality of
life.
Learning Activity 3.1:

Make your own Aerobic Exercise. Take 1 minute or 1-and-a-half-minute video exercise.
Send it to your subject teacher through messenger or email.

Learning Activity 3.2:

Follow the weekly activity that will be given below. After one week doing it write your own
reflection. Continue to do until two weeks and write another reflection.

• Monday: Take a 20-minute brisk walk at 7 a.m. around the block four times.
• Tuesday: Do the same as on Monday.
• Wednesday: Take a 20-minute walk at 6:30 p.m. (right before dinner) around the block.
• Thursday: Take the day off.
• Friday: Take a 20-minute walk at 7 a.m. around the block.
• Saturday: Walk with your family at 10 a.m. for 45 minutes in park.
• Sunday: Bike ride with your spouse for 60 minutes in park at noon. Mom will baby-sit.

After one week:

 After doing this weekly activity I experience the something new in my body and I am
sweating and I feel I am active I experience felt my breathing is good and I don’t get
tired right away even if I walk long and for my body is strong and I don’t get to short
of breath and also I lose weight.

After two weeks :

 After doing this after two weeks is my body is sweating nicely and I experience the
adrenaline in my brain is stronger than before last time and also my weight is loose
more than 1 week of this activity.
Learning Activity 3.3:

After doing all the other aerobic activities, site some importance of aerobics in your life as a
student. What is the help of it this Pandemic disease which is known as Corona Virus Disease or
COVID?
 After I doing all the other aerobic activities my body is getting stronger this is in
importance of aerobics because the body will get a exercise so the help of it this
pandemic disease or which is known corona virus or COVID the healthy and
stronger body is protect yourself in the virus if your body is healthy you have a
resistance to the virus.

Learning Activity 3.4:

Make a short Aerobic Dance Exercise, Make a video and send it to your teacher through his/her
email or messenger. Make sure that it is our original choreography.
