1. As an attendee, how did you find the session helpful in building a healthy and
active lifestyle?

Yes what you had seen is not one of the online sessions provided by a WRP Specialist.
It’s one of my exercise video that I followed every day to keep my physical and mental health on
point. In the midst of pandemic I experienced a lot struggle throughout it and when I started
having this active lifestyle it change who I am, it changed how I view myself, it help me became
calm and relax. It builds the better version of me. In attending some of the session I had I felt
that I’m not alone, it feels great that you had someone exercising with you with the same kind
of story that they make their lifestyle healthy and active to be more. Be who they want to be
and they made it like an instrument that will allowed them to breath and release all of the
frustrations and disappointment that happened thru their life.

2. In these times of the so-called "new" normal, what are the practices do you
undertake for the maintenance of your fitness, health, and overall wellness?

In this kind of what we so-called “new” normal, It challenged the way I lived. I used to
have an active and healthy lifestyle before the pandemic happens but when the pandemic
started it changed the way I took care of body my weekly exercise stop and all I do in home is
just to watch Netflix, eat, do homework and sleep. That’s how my pandemic life is going until
one day I realized that I needed to have an active and healthy lifestyle as an added protection
from having “Covid 19” other side from taking vitamins and eating healthy foods. So I started
immediately and prepare some exercise plan to achieve an active lifestyle. I dedicated myself
and not be a try and quit like of a person. I woke up early giving it some of my time and after a
few weeks I’d been used to it and invited some of my family members to influence them of
having an active and healthy lifestyle.
