DANGEROUS DRUGS (APPLICATION)

(AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the
Dangerous Drugs Act (Ch. 228), hereby makes the following order —

1. Citation and commencement.

(1) This Order, which amends the Dangerous Drugs (Application) Order 1,
may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Application)(Amendment) Order,
2023.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on such date to be appointed by the
Minister by notice published in the Gazette.

2. Amendment of the Schedule to S.I. No. 77 of 1994.

The Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs (Application)(Amendment) Order is
amended —
(a) under the heading, “SUBSTANCES IN SCHEDULE I
(Psychotropic Convention, 1971)”, by the deletion of the words,
“tetrahydrocannabinol, the following isomers and their
stereochemical variants:
7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-3-pentyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]
pyran-1-ol
(9R,10aR)-8,9,10,10a-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-3-pentyl-6H
-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-1-ol
(6aR,9R,10aR)-6a,9,10,10a-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-3-pentyl6H-
dibenzo[b,d]pyran-1-ol
(6aR,10aR)-6a,7,10,10a-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-3-pentyl-
6Hdibenzo[b,d]pyran-1-ol
6a,7,8,9-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-3-pentyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]
pyran-1-ol
(6aR,10aR)-6a,7,8,9,10,10a-hexahydro-6,6-dimethyl-9-methylene
3-pentyl6H-dibenzo[b,d] pyran-1-ol”; and
