THỦ TỤC XIN VISA HONGKONG:
Hong Kong:
Tại Sở Di Trú Hongkong ( Làm trước ít
nhất 17 ngày làm việc so với ngày tour
khởi hành – không tính thứ 7 , CN , ngày lễ
) khách hàng scan hoặc chụp ảnh rõ các hồ
sơ gốc gửi qua email hoặc gửi giấy tờ
công chứng và hộ chiếu gốc cho công ty
như sau :
1. Hộ chiếu gốc còn hạn 6 tháng tính từ
ngày kết thúc tour
2. Ảnh thẻ 4x6
3. Chứng minh thư nhân dân còn hạn
4. Đăng kí kết hôn nếu đi vợ chồng ( có thể
thay thể bằng hộ khẩu )
5. Giấy khai sinh nếu có con đi cùng bố mẹ
6. Chứng minh nghề nghiệp :
Nếu khách đang công tác tại các doanh
nghiệp : Đơn xin nghỉ phép công ty ( Có
tên , địa chỉ , số điện thoại cơ quan , có
đóng dấu , chữ kí xác nhận của giám đốc
công ty )
Nếu khách đã về hưu : Thẻ hưu trí hoặc
quyết định về hưu hoặc sổ hưu trí
Nếu khách đang đi học : Đơn xin nghỉ học
có đóng dấu trường
7. Chứng minh tài chính : Sổ tiết kiệm tại
ngân hàng ( Tối thiểu 40 triệu/ 1 người ) Sổ
tiết kiệm có kì hạn 3 tháng .
Visa Application for Entry for Visit/Transit in
At the Hong Kong Immigration
Department (at least 17 working days
before the tour departure date - excluding
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
customers must scan or take clear photos
of the original documents and send via
email or send notarized documents and
official passport for the company as
follow:
1. Official passport must be valid for 6
months from the end of the tour.
2. 4x6 card image
3.Citizenship certificate is due
4. Marriage certificate is required if travel
together (can be replaced by household
registration
5. Birth certificate if there are children with
parents
6. Proof of employment:
If the applicant is employed: Approval for
holidays is required (name , address ,
company contact number of the office ,
stamped and signed by the director of the
company)
If the applicant is retired: Retirement card
or Retirement decision or Pension book
If the applicant is in school: Leave of
absence letter is required with school
stamp.
7. Proof of financial means: Saving
book/account in bank is required (at least 40
million VND per head). Saving book validated at
least 3 months.
