Documents to be presented by the applicant

When applying for the issue of a long-stay visa the applicant shall present the following
documents:

1. Visa application form

 Đơn xin visa theo mẫu ( đã có)=> Hỏi điền tay có được không? Hay phải đánh máy

2. A regular foreign travel document

 Cái này em đoán là Passport nhưng em ko chắc

3. Copies of the pages of the foreign travel document with the personal information and
the visas laid and/or copies of the permits for stay possessed

 Cái này là chắc bản photo copy của passport quá, em ko chắc vì tham khảo các đại lý thì chỗ
naỳ họ ghi là hộ chiếu

4. Recent passport-size color photograph

 Hình ảnh 3,5 cm х 4,5 cm ( 2 hình) => ảnh font trắng

5. Original documents and two copies thereof substantiating the application for a long-
stay visa under the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act and the Regulation on its
implementation, and of the financial resources possessed for subsistence and
accommodation.

6. Other requirements

In order to obtain long-stay permission the person should have a home, obligatory
health insurance, sufficient subsistence means, without resorting to the social
assistance system, amounting to at least the minimum monthly wage or the minimum
pension according to Bulgarian law for the period of stay.

A medical insurance valid for the EU member states for the whole period of the trip,
covering all costs for repatriation and for urgent medical care and emergency hospital
treatment for the period of the stay indicated in the visa. The insurance amount cannot be
less than 30 thousand euro

7. Initial application

On the initial application for permission for stay the persons who are over the age of
18, with the exception of the stateless persons, shall present a previous convictions
certificate issued by the state whose citizens are or by the state of their customary
residence.

chắc xin ở đâu tại VN cũng được chị nhỉ.

8. Tickets (original and copy) or ticket booking conformation

Vé hoặc là chứng nhận đặt vé. Nhưng em đang phân vân là có cần phải đặt vé khứ hồi
không, hay 1 chiều cũng được.
