39 a. Presentation of Updated Operational Dashboard and Operations Review
40 Matrix covering the period of March CY 2023.

43 Operational Dashboard.

45 The following recommendations and suggestions were noted:
46 - Update your respective dashboard presented and must be align to the
47 dashboard submitted to PPSMU;

48 - Change “2022” in the Target to “2023”;
49 - Hyperlink the CCE/CSE per CPS/MPS;
50 - Update the data regarding the Activities. There should be separate activities
51 every Performance Indicator. (ex. Cold Cases, Case Conference, SITG);

53 - On Performance Indicator 10 (increase percentage in the implementation of
54 CIRAS) rephrase the word “implementation”.

57 Operational Dashboard.

59 The following recommendations and suggestions were noted:
60 - Double Check and align your dashboard to the PRO3 Scorecard especially
61 in your respective counterpart;
62 - Data regarding CI reports which absorbed by PARMU, it must be presented
63 on the PARMU dashboard through the data coming from PIU;
64 - PPSMU to coordinate with RPSMU counterpart regarding the target setting
65 on PI 14 and 15 (Increase in the arrest/neutralization of CGs
66 leaders/members & Increase in the number of
67 neutralized/captured/surrendered leaders/members of threat groups) if the
68 target should be carry over the next year if not met/achieved;
69 - Check the font size and style, it must be readable;
70 - Must focus on operational activities;
71 - Administrative activities will be carry over to PARMU; and
72 - Activities should be aligned and contributory to the attainment of the target.

77 The following recommendations and suggestions were noted:
78 - On Performance Indicator 7.b (Increase in the percentage of accounting
79 loose firearms against estimated data on Kontra BOGA) the Target must be
80 based on historical data;
81 - The Activities regarding Joint ISO activities and ISO operation should not be
82 the same;
83 - Double check to your counterpart if it is AMCR or AMICR;
84 - Sanction with PIDMU on the data and target on Performance Indicator 1, 2
85 and 3 (Reduction of Average Monthly Crime Rate and Decrease on Index
86 Crime)
87 - Sanction with PUI the data on Performance Indicator 5 (Increase in the
88 number of arrested suspects from illegal drug-related HVI, SLI and other
89 arrest);
90 - On Performance Indicator 6 (Increase in the number of Drug Cleared
91 Barangay) the data and the activities should come from PCADU and be
92 submitted to POMU for consolidation on their respective dashboard; and

94 number of adopted LACAP.

101 - Change the word “MOA” to “MOU” in the Performance Indicator 13b.

108 - Verify and validate the commendations given to the admin personnel of the
109 lower units;
110 - The 10% increase in the target should not be static, it may vary based on
111 the increase of personnel; and
112 - Coordinate to other PPO regarding the target on Performance Indicator 20
113 (Decrease in the number of personnel penalized for administrative cases).

119 - On Performance Indicator 18 (Increase in the number of Human Rights
120 Awareness/Seminars among PNP personnel) to include the PHQ in the
121 Target; and
122 - Separate the activities for Performance Indicator 18 and 19 (Increase in the
123 number of Human Rights Awareness/Seminars among PNP personnel and
124 Increase number of Inspected Custodial Facilities.

138 Offices) it should be IT Offices not IT equipment; and
139 - Contemplate an inventory of IT Compliant Offices for alternate reference as
140 TEA regarding target setting.

144 PMAJ SANTOS III announced to have a meeting with the Action PNCOs next
145 week regarding the corrected dashboards based on the suggestion and
146 recommendation of the TWG.

148 PLTCOL BANATAO reiterated the following:
149 - The operations review must coincide with the Weekly EMPO
150 - The inputs on the Operational Dashboard may adjust on which is applicable
151 or not with the recommendation of the TWG through a resolution;
152 - All Chief of Offices to supervise the updating of your respective dashboard
153 before submitting to PPSMU. Do not always rely on your PNCOs;
154 - Remind all personnel in the implementation of 5S in workplace; and
155 - Chiefs of Office to ensure alignment of dashboard in Quality Process.
