LESSON OUTLINE: During the lesson, the learners will:

1. Introduction/Review: Introduction of the course Personal Development , its content, and course overall requirement
2. Motivation: Conduct Nametag Matchmakers Activity
3. Instruction/Delivery: Lecturette on Self-Concept and Personal Effectiveness
4. Practice: Learners answer Self-Concept Inventory on their journal
5. Enrichment: Learners write their insights and realizations about the positive and negative observation about theirselves.
6. Evaluation: 15 items objective test.
