Job Descriptions:
● Responsible to optimization of Nokia/Huawei Products 2G/3G/4G
● Prepare and deliver technical network design and dimensioning.
● Performing network audit
● Prepare and deliver Parameter optimization script (Nokia/Huawei XML Language)
● Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required.
● Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within its own technical
community.
● Works typically in several technology areas and ready to be developed and improved to
the next skill level.
● Support any NPM technical issues related to KPI analysis
● Technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting within their own
competence area.
● Provides support for complex technical activities such as SW upgrades and technical
audits.

Candidate Requirements:
● Fluent in English
● Proactively communication with supervisor and customer
● Good on High Level (CXO) Presentation
● Customer service orientation
● Strong problem solving skills
● Familiar with Nokia & Huawei Radio product 2G/3G/4G
● Have basic product knowledge about 5G NR especially Nokia/Huawei
● Strong in:
○ Load Balance and Layering between multiple carrier (Idle and Connected Mode)
○ Aspect how to get a better Radio Network Experience (Physical and Softpara)
○ Strong in Features and Strategic of Nokia Product within latest Nokia Software
release
○ Strong in CSFB to 2G Optimization and Troubleshoot
● Have experience on
○ VoLTE Network and SRVCC Optimization
○ DSS 4G/5G (Spectrum Sharing among legacy Technology)
○ MORAN / MOCN / RAN Network Sharing
○ Non-RAN Domain for E2E coordination
