The Property was originally granted in favour of Sri Hanumaiah, by Grant Order No LRF No.

1375:76-77 Dated: 15.3.1982 and After the death Sri Hanumaiah, the Khatha was changed
in the name of Sri. Mariyappa, Sri Narasamaiah, Smt. Narayanamma, Sri. Chanamma and
become kathaders of the land measuring 2 Acre 18 Guntas.
Thereafter, in the year 1999, Sri. Mariyappa and others applied and obtained the
permission from Divisional Commissioner, Bangalore Division,to alienate the property,
accordingly sale permission was obtained vide Order No. bearing No. LND/(B)/SR/84/98-
99, Dated: 02.02.99.
Subsequently, Sri. Mariyappa and others conveyed the property in favour of Smt . Juliet
Veronica Quadros, vide Sale deed dated 04.08.1999, bearing doc No. 1312/1999-2000.
Thereafter, Smt . Juliet Veronica Quadros conveyed the property in favour of M/s Bangalore
Regency Developers Pvt. Ltd. represeneted by its director Smt . Juliet Veronica Quadros.
Later, M/s. Bangalore Regency Developers Pvt. Ltd., sold the above mentioned properties
for valuable consideration to the Smt. Vanitha S Malagi vide Document No. DBP-1-10979-
2015-16, at Book No.1, CD No. DBPD387 dated 28-01-2016, registered at the office of the
Sub-Registrar, Doddaballapura Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore.
Smt. Vanitha S Malagi with view to develop the land obtained an approval of the layout
from BIAAPA vide BIAAPA/TP 1/LAO/02/2016-17/259 dated 09.05.2017 , And sanction of
Layout Plan from BIAAPA vide BIAAPA/TP 1/LAO/02/2016-17 dated 09.05.2017 and is in
the process of developing a residential layout with sites of different dimensions.
Subsequently, Doddabalapura Development Authority, has released the site for the
construction of the residential dwelling unit, vide order date 10.07.2029, order bearing No.
DPA/TP/LAO/22/2018/-19.
Thus, after verification of the documents provided the purchase of the Plot No. 5 and 20 in
Canterbury Divine Ark is goo to go.
