BPOM APPLICATION
(COSMETIC GOODS)

1. Statement Letter
Stamped by directors and/or leaders who are not involved
in criminal acts in the cosmetic sector

2. Recommendation Letter
As notification applicant from the head of local Technical
Implementation Unit BPOM

3. Letter of Authorization
Which is still valid for at least 6 (six) months before the
appointment ends.

4. Letter of Contractual Agreement
Between the applicant and manufacturer outside the
territory of Indonesia, which is legalized by a notary

5. Certificate of Free Sale (CFS)

For imported Cosmetics originating from countries

outside ASEAN and legalized by the local Embassy of
The Republic of Indonesia

6. Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate
Or Declaration of Good Manufacturing
Practice for manufacturing facility located in
the ASEAN Region

Besides BPOM permits, you also need a Halal

Certificate* to distribute/ sell products in Indonesia.
