SWORN AFFIDAVIT

I, OMENWA NZUBECHUKWU JOSEPHAT, Nigerian, Christian of No 28 Rainat Akinyode Street Igando, Lagos State
do an oath and state as follows:

1. That I am the above-named person and the C.E.O of NECHEM INTERNATIONAL CONCEPT LIMITED.
2. That I am also referred to as OMENWA NZUBECHUKWU. J as it appears in my Driver License and Bvn
3. That I pledged that both NECHEM INTERNATIONAL CONCEPT LIMITED on CAC documents and NECHEM INTERNATIONAL
CONCEPT as it appears on the Union Bank Cheques are the same as the (Limited) part was wrongly omitted on the the
cheques.
4. That I am pledging my company fidelity Bank Cheque as a collateral for the approved loan at
ADVANS La Fayette Microfinance Bank Ltd to CHUNON INTEGRATED RESOURCES LIMITED.
5. That the documents referred to in (3) are presently in my custody and I propose for it to be used as
collateral for the loan approved to CHUNON INTEGRATED RESOURCES LIMITED.
6. I hereby authorize the Bank by itself or through its solicitors to carry out all the process of perfection relating to the loan
granted.

7. I accept and appoint the bank’s solicitor with express instruction to carry out all necessary perfection in any lawful places
with regard to the aforementioned documents

8. That I make this affidavit for record purposes.

9. That I swear to this affidavit in good faith and in accordance with the Oath Laws of Lagos State
