English hospitality is part of CAMPUHAN College program which is designed to

support human resources in tourism to develop their English skills for the better
service in the future. We have been partnership with some hotel managements.

Hence, this program wil give significant improvement of the participants’ language skills.

meeting will refer simply to
real-life guest service scenarios.

For instance, participants do role
play as guest and waiter or other
positions based on the
participants’ jobs in their hotels/
villas. To maximize the learning
process, we provide the
participants with good
atmosphere of learning so they
can enhance their English skills
properly.
Experiencing English with fun and
excitement could facilitate
students retain information better
because the process is enjoyable
and memorable. Thus, we provide
the learners with learning
activities, namely singing, game,
out class, movie time, discussion,
role play, and many more.
