This is with reference to our discussion held for conducting a training program with your
esteemed institute for the development of your students’ Employability Skills.

The scope of this partnership will be to assist your esteemed institute to provide end to end
solutions for ensuring to groom and develop your students for global workplace environment.
We look forward to assist you in this initiative and make this a success.

We look forward to discuss the proposal and finalize the intensive BPO/ITES training
interventions as per your current requirement.

Goals & Objectives

1. We offer to provide Consultation and Solutions for building, developing and augmentation
of employability skills for the students.

2. We offers to assess the gaps in soft skills of the students by assessing the requirements of
the corporate hiring from the institute, business goals and the skills of the students, thereby
ensuring to provide the right development tools for increase in campus recruitment.

3. We offers to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and results achieved .This
will be done to ensure that the global bench marks are applied to ensure the impact on
overall personality development of the students.
4. We offer to either develop the soft skills centre or provide end to end consultation and
solution including Delivery.

5. We offer to assist building student’s skills and communication for matching the global
workplace requirements.

This Program is an Employability enhancement program that focuses on overall behavioral,


and Industry specific domain Knowledge. The Design of the program is based on experiential
& discovery learning platform made to meet BPO/ITES Industry requirements.

The Students would be able to understand, learn, apply and thus the focus is on ‘How’ aspect
of improvement & enhancement rather than on ‘What’ aspect. Program thus leads to the
overall communication development of students. This ensures a smooth transition from the
Campus to Corporate and equipping them to perform from day one in the corporate
environment. The program also prepares the students to face life confidently by equipping
them with various Life Skills.

Program Delivery Process


1. The pedagogy used is based on adult learning model.
2. A ratio of 1:40 participants is maintained to ensure an optimized and balanced learning
environment.
3. The evaluation of success of the Program is measured with the feedback from the
participants.

Program Compensation
With regards to the strength of the training program a minimum of 50 participants will form a
healthy training environment. Each student will be billed with 3000/Per Head with a total
duration of 60 hours of intensive coaching.
