Problem Statement
Ideal: A fully functional and self-service website and Internal Administrative
system that is aligned with the Company’s objectives.
Reality: At the moment, the hospitals experiencing a hardtime meeting
customer’s service and patients have to go through a long stressful to get efficient
medical services and Doctors are currently overworked.
Consequences: If we are unable to delivery the website within 3months before
the next listed HMOs, the hospital might not make the list and they could go wind
up as an organisation.
Proposal: Out-source the development of the website and internal app to enable
doctors, nurses, administrative staffs and patients have seamless medical
transactions.
