 Problem Statement
 Ideal: A fully functional and self-service website and Internal Administrative
system that is aligned with the Company’s objectives.
 Reality: At the moment, the hospitals experiencing a hardtime meeting
customer’s service and patients have to go through a long stressful to get efficient
medical services and Doctors are currently overworked.
 Consequences: If we are unable to delivery the website within 3months before
the next listed HMOs, the hospital might not make the list and they could go wind
up as an organisation.
 Proposal: Out-source the development of the website and internal app to enable
doctors, nurses, administrative staffs and patients have seamless medical
transactions.
 Assumptions
 

1. The development of the solution will be completely out-sourced to a managed


service company.
2. The company will not pay for the development, support and maintenance of the
application, the revenue generated from the use of this  platform will be shared by
both parties based on the agreed sharing formula.
3. This application will  represent the company in areas where patients does not
want to queue at the hospital.
4. Finances will be required.

Constraints
1. Obtaining grants and finances.
2. Delivery timelines are not negotiable.
