1. Present to us what are the qualities of a leader do you want it to be based on the
theories presented?
I want to be a leader that can adjust their leadership style dependent on how
ready and willing their followers are to execute specific needed duties. I also
want to be a leader who is competent at making decisions and can closely
oversee them while soliciting thoughts and comments from the followers. My
leadership style is also directive, in which I may provide the followers ground
rules in order to attain a certain goal.

2. If you are the leader who will lead the eradication of COVID – 19 how will you lead
the group and what are the strategies and interventions would you like to develop?
A comprehensive strategy is required for COVID-19 eradication. For correct
knowledge about the virus and its prevention techniques, public education and
communication are critical. Early case detection requires increased monitoring
and testing, including symptomatic individuals and sentinel surveillance systems.
Contract tracking and isolation are critical to stopping the infection from
spreading. High-quality treatment and care are critical for reducing disease
spread and severity. Hospitals should have proper equipment and treatment
protocols in place.
