SWIMMING

(REFLECTIVE ESSAY)

As ma’am Joyce said swimming is required for our subject the Reactional Games.
Swimming is a popular and enjoyable form of exercise and recreation for people of all
ages. It is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints and can improve
cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and flexibility. Swimming is also a very social
activity that can be enjoyed with friends and family. Swimming requires a combination
of physical strength, endurance, and proper technique. As a P.E instructor someday
good technique is essential in order to swim efficiently and avoid injury. Proper
breathing, body positioning, and stroke technique are all critical components of effective
swimming. Swimming also has a therapeutic aspect to it. The sensation of being in the
water can be very calming and soothing, and can provide a form of stress relief.
Swimming can also be a great way to rehabilitate from injuries or medical conditions.
Overall, swimming is a wonderful activity that can provide numerous physical and
mental benefits. Whether you're swimming for exercise, competition, or just for fun, it's
a great way to stay active and healthy.
