VOLLEYBALL (REFLECTION PAPER)

Last March 20, 2023, we had experience playing volleyball at the NCF covered court.
Volleyball is a popular team sport that is played on a rectangular court that is split evenly by a
standing net. Two opposing teams, one on each side of the net, hit a spherical ball back and forth
over an approximately 8 foot (2.4 m) net. Volleyball is divided into three types: those played
indoors on a firm floor, those played outside on grass, soil, or other material, and those played
outside on sand, which is generally referred to as beach volleyball. Volleyball is an athletic sport
that serves to deliver a good workout for all sections of the body.
Ma’am Joyce divided our section into 4 groups and each groups have 6 members. My
groupmates are Jan Ivan Nopia, Dexter Gallego, Alex Vitalicio, Nicko Gonzales, and I forgot the
other one. We are the second batch to play volleyball. All of us experienced to serve the ball but
when it was my turn, the ball didn’t go over the net. The game was ended with the score of 13
over 15. The opponents won in the second batch game and they are going to play again with the
winner of first batch. We don’t have a lot of time to play volleyball in the court because the
varsity of volleyball are going to use the court.
Volleyball, whether played indoors, on the grass, or on the beach, may be a terrific way to
stay healthy and fit. It's also a terrific method to stay active in social events because it can be
played with a single partner or a complete team. Additionally, it serves to provide a good
workout for all regions of the body. Playing volleyball improves your energy level and improves
your overall performance in other sports and workouts. Improves hand-eye coordination, Builds
agility, coordination, speed, and balance. The practice can also boost your self-esteem, self-
confidence, and body image, as well as make you feel better about life in general.
