Our concept of Practical Accounting & Taxation came up when the demands for skilled
candidates in the field were high, but there was no formal training or guidance given to
any candidate who wanted to enter into this field.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between theory classes of college and the real-world
working environment of CA Firms, corporates and other companies. We introduced
practical training courses to make sure that our students get the practical real-world
experience with equivalent to two years of industry experience by the time they finish
our courses.
With our Practical Courses, students get unique learning tools which integrate to help
the student in understanding the concepts completely. We have also developed a

Diploma in Practical Accounting & Taxation (DPAT®) course is a complete package

We at InPAT are in a unique position to provide a solution for two major problems faced
by current students:
1. Lack of real world practical approach in the current college syllabus
2. Lack of relevant industry exposure resulting in failure to get jobs

Our goal is to eliminate both the problems by introducing 100% Practical courses in
Accounting and Taxation for Commerce graduates and job seekers called DPAT®
[Diploma in Practical Accounting and Taxation] with various specialisations.

Our courses help students in getting hands-on experience in concepts such as Income
Tax, TDS, GST, ESI, PF, PT etc.
Students learn the topics by:
1. Working on ‘Case-Studies’ based on real world data and
2. Filing the returns in our ‘Simulation Software’ which emulates
the real Govt. websites.
This helps students get real-world exposure and are equivalent to individuals with two
years of industry experience. We affirm that our courses are developed on the similar
lines of exact happenings in the current market of Accounting, Taxation, HR, Audit etc.

Our target is to identify qualified individuals who are passionate about the
training segment and can deliver these courses at their locality as per our
guidelines using our learning tools.
Existing institutes can easily expand their course portfolio by adding our DPAT®
courses in co-branding model with minimum updates to thier existing

Our Evaluation method mandates tests for each of the completed modules. The
questions are based on industry expectations which prepares the students for

Certificate shall be issued to the students who have completed the tests with 50%

The Center Director is considered as the
leader of the ATC. All of the final
decisions are made by this person.
Owners can themselves be the Center
Director.
They have a few major responsibilites
that are necessary for smooth
operation of the TP.

Counsellors:
The counsellor handles all of the day to
day tasks of the ATC. This includes
handling student issues, marketing
planning, lead management etc.
Extensive training will be provided to the
counsellors from the Head Office to help
them in being proficient in handling most
of the daily tasks.

Faculties:
The faculty is one of the most
important assets to the success of the

Dashboard
To manage and overview all activities pertaining to ATC, we have developed a
dashboard with special access to ATC. This dashboard provides a detailed
information of the overall performance and progress of all students.

Our dashboard includes student management, batch management, payment


tracking, calendar event setting, promotional materials, lead maintenance etc.

Separate dashboards are given to faculties, counsellors and center directors


which shows relevant data based on their role.

Charges
The center needs to buy kits from InPAT in order to give to the student. Each
kit will consist of a book and will be attached with an Access code.

Note 1: 10% Discount shall be allowed for Rural Centers on Printed Kits

Registration Fee:
A one time charge of Rs. 15000 is charged as registration fee.

Initial Kit Order:


In order to take a license from us, our centers need to place a FIRST KIT ORDER
of Rs. 10,000 or more. This is to ensure that enough quantity of books are
present in order to start classes.
This will enable the centers to extract Approx. Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 70,000 worth
of business from students who join your center immediately.

Regular Kit Orders


There are NO minimum limitations for a single regular kit order.
There is a requirement of regular minimum Business from the center as per
the terms of InPAT pro.
Revenue Sources

The revenue for the ATC comes from 3 distinct sources:

3. College Collaboration

Classroom Training (Offline)


Start training students with your infrastructure in your
locality. Plan batches and promote the courses locally,
both offline and offline and generate leads.
The students will get multiple benefits such as a
computer, live faculty and a corporate environment.

Online Live Training


You can also conduct online training for your students who
cannot travel to your location. Promotion can be done to
anyone without any limits in this case.
You can also collaborate with corporate entities for
specialised and customised training.

College Collaboration
You have the option to approach colleges with our
DPAT® Courses as an implementable part of the new NEP
of India.

She is an expert in Operational Activities with over 10 years of experience in various
companies. She is responsible for the implementation of company strategies and handles

He is an Engineering Graduate with an extensive experience in Android & Web Development.
