SALE LETTER
By this Sale Letter dated 31.08.2022, I, Rahul Agarwal
son of Sri Manoj Agarwal, resident of Flat No.101, Balaji
Residence, Cart Sarai Road, Upper Bazar, P.S.–Kotwali,
District-Ranchi being the owner of the Vehicle Scooty
(VESPA ZX) bearing Registration No.JH-01DR 0412
corresponding to Engine No.M449M3232497, Chasis No.
ME7000MAYJ007492 have sold it by accepting agreed
consideration from Md. Danish son of Md. Umar, resident
of near Chamaniya Maidan, Rahamat Colony, East
Doranda, Jharkhand, Aadhaar No.6239 4355 8150 and
have handed over the physical possession of the vehicle
along with the documents i.e. original of Owner Book,
Copy of Insurance etc.

Hence forth the purchaser Md. Danish may use

maintain and look after relevant issues with the
vehicle. I declare that till date there is no dues, claim and
cases etc. relating to the vehicle pending with me.

It has been agreed by the purchaser to get the

vehicle transferred in his name by adopting legal
procedure with a couple of month for which I have
already signed the format of documents required for the purpose.
