Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation of Booking is done on full Payment.
2. Amount is not refundable on cancellation of booking.
3. A deposit of amount PKR 5,000 will be held by the management to ensure safety to the property, this amount
will be refunded at the time of check-out after an inspection of the farmhouse is conducted.
4. A copy of your CNIC will be collected when you check-in for security purposes, it will be returned at the time of
check-out.
5. No responsibility for failure of Electricity/Generator.
6. If any illegal activity is observed at the Farm, the booking will be cancelled with no refund of amount.
7. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Farm's property during the time of your stay.
`8. Please take care of the accommodation facilities, you are responsible and liable
for any breakages or damages that is caused while you occupy the Farm including any
Incident that may occur.
9. If any damage is caused to the property, you are responsible to cover the full cost of replacement or repair.
10. For late check-out request, additional charge will be applied.
11. The Farm's Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, or is
behaving in an unacceptable manner. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner
and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Farm premise.
12. Maximum 45 Persons are allowed.
13. Weapons& illegal stuff is prohibited.
14. All outdoor areas are under constant surveillance, except Private areas.
15. In case the booking party organizes an event at the farm they are requested to bring their own generators to
power their equipment.
16. Any commercial gathering like concert, music night, qawali night or any other such event where passes are
distributed for entry will not be allowed at the farm.
17. Any equipment, appliances, furniture or accessory at the farm will not be displaced from its location.
18. 5000 Security charges will be as Charged and it will be Refundable
