time for submission. Price Bid in physical format shall not be accepted in any case.
The tender fees (Non-refundable) in the form of DD/EMD in favour of Dadra & Nagar Haveli Planning & Development Authority,
Silvassa may be kept in bid along with above mandatory documents. The price bid shall be opened for those agencies who
qualify for technical bid.
Submission of mandatory documents required to be uploaded through online and the hard copy of the above mentioned same
shall be submitted to the tender inviting authority by RPAD/Speed post/Courier in the O/o the Member Secretary, Dadra & Nagar
Haveli Planning & Development Authority, Silvassa. However the tender inviting authority is not responsible for any postal delay
or loss of document. The said documents can also be deposited in the office of the undersigned.
The Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender to be received without assigning any
reasons thereof.
