CUS Good morning I’d like to book a holiday.

CUS I’d like to go to Sicily.

CUS At the beginning of August.

CUS I would like to stay for two weeks.

TA What kind of accommodation would you prefer?

CUS I would prefer to stay in a hotel.

TA How many people are travelling?

CUS. Just my friend and I. We would like a twin room with a balcony.

CUS Just breakfast.

TA Well, we have a four star hotel right on the beach. It’s situated in Porto Cervo which is one
of the best beach resorts in Sardinia.

CUS That sounds perfect. Could you tell me something about the hotel facilities.

TA There is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers in the garden. There are two
restaurants, one is a Pizzeria and the other one serves typical Sicilian cuisine. Also the pool bar
serves snacks. There’s a gym and nightly entertainment. There are also water sports and beach
activities.

CUS. Great! Are there any restaurants or shops nearby?

TA Yes, there are a few restaurants, shops and a supermarket within walking distance.

CUS How much does the hotel cost?

TA Would you like your flights included?

 CUS Yes. Could you let me know what flights you have available.

TA Let me have a look. There is a flight that leaves London Gatwick airport on Friday the 2nd of
August at 9am and arrives at Palmero airport in Sicily at 13.00 pm. The return flight leaves Palmero
airport on Friday the 16th of August at 14.00 pm and arrives at Gatwick at 17.00 pm.

CUS Could you let me know the total cost of the holiday please?

TA The total cost of the holiday including transfers is 850 euros.

CUS That sounds like a good price, I’d like to book please.
