ABOUT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT


 James Corner  is a  land scape architect and theorist whose works exhibit a focus on
"developing innovative approaches toward landscape architectural design and
urbanism.

Proportion: Proportion, which is closely connected with scale,
is one of the fundamentals of landscape design, which requires
particular focus

 ORDER generally refers to the spatial layout or organization of


the design and is most often achieved through balance. Balance
is the concept of equal visual attraction and weight, usually
around a real or imaginary central axis. Form, color, size, and
texture all affect balance.

 Unity: Creating unity in your outdoor living space as


well as the interior of your house, is among the most
essential aspects of a landscaping plan that is
professional in its appearance.
 Repetition: Repetition and rhythm are created
through the application of colour and texture and create
simple patterns that are found in nature. They bring the
feeling of peace and calm to your outdoor space.

His idea / concept used this in this navy yard central garden
 the site at the heart of the former boat builing
 the designer use the use these lines to reflect them into
the park
 use circles to disconnect the different zones and use the
curves to determine the regions and the axes of
movement
 he created into new type of environment that is
sustainable , green and natural as well as social , active
and urban
