Ans: A technological revolution is the big changes which occur in human life due to progress in the field of science
and technology. A technological revolution is a period in which one or more technologies are replaced by another.
It is an era of accelerated technological progress characterized by new innovations whose rapid application and
diffusion typically cause an abrupt change in society.

Q2): Why did innovation remain scare at the time of World War II?

Ans: Many innovations arose after the World War II but information remained scarce and hard to use and transmit.
The reason was that the processing of information relied on “atoms” to record or transmits information in analog
form rather than the bits (binary digits) used to record or transmit information in digital form.

Q3) How is technology born for students?

Ans: Technology has proven to be helpful in various fields, whether it be education or infrastructure. Online classes
help children learn things while sitting at their homes comfortably during a curfew or some illness. Education
games help to create competitive skills within them, which allows them in the real world.

Q4) What are the benefits of E-Commerce in today’s world?

Ans: E-commerce customers and businesses can save time and money. Customers can find more products to choose
from, and businesses also get a wider range of customers who can shop at their stores. E-commerce is not perfect
and customers may not be able to get their products as quickly as they could at a physical store.

Q5): How does technology work in environmentally risk areas?

Ans: The remote sensing technology could monitor environmental changes. The satellite images aerial photographs,
and on-the-ground inspections, can be used to locate populations in dangerous or environmentally unstable places
and determine how to respond after disaster strikes.

Q6) How does technology secure humans from calamities?

Ans: Disaster forecasting and predictions, monitoring risk assessment and damage are the open grounds for
integrating technology and to respond and to manage natural phenomena such as hurricanes, wildfires, and
landslides using satellite images, aerial photographic, and on-the ground inspections.

Ans: Technology has helped improve medical care by making it easier for doctors to provide evidence-based
medicine. Technology has enabled physicians to collect data in a more systematic way and explore different
treatment methods. Laboratories help them in diagonstics. Using different apparatus, they diagnose the disease.
They can attend medical conferences anywhere in the world increasing their professional skills.
