CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

The agreement is entered on the 11th day of September 2023, by and between:

Yokohama Appliances Mfg. Corp., a corporation duly – organized and existing under and
virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with Principal office at Suite 09 11th floor Howard Tower,
N. Carpio St., 6th Avenue, Barangay 110, District 2, Caloocan City, herein represented by its
President, hereinafter referred to as “Yokohama Appliances Mfg. Corp.”.

JI LI FEN, Chinese, legal age and residing at Suite 09 11th floor Howard Tower, N. Carpio St.,
6th Avenue, Barangay 110, District 2, Caloocan City, hereinafter referred to as “Employee”.

Whereas, YOKOHAMA is engaged in the business of manufacturing, import/export, marketing

(wholesale) of appliances, and other related products in the Philippines.

Whereas, EMPLOYEE desires to provide the aforementioned services as Assistant Vice

Manager of Yokohama, which turn agrees to such engagement.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and inn consideration of the foregoing premises, the herein agree as
follows:

MUTUAL STIPULATIONS
1. Scope of Services – as an office employee the Corporation to receive phone calls from
China. Fax, email and documented Chinese character. Communication from China.
2. Compensation – Yokohama shall pay EMPLOYEE a monthly salary at the rate of
Thirty Thousand Pesos (30,000.00) Philippine currency. Yokohama shall secure all the
necessary work permits and requirements to enable the EMPLOYEE work in the
Philippines for the duration of this contract.
3. Confidentiality – EMPLOYEE shall not disclose to any third party or use of
Confidential Information without Yokohama’s prior written consent the term of this
contract and subsequent thereto.
4. Term – This contract shall be effective for a period of Three (3) years from the time
both of the following are secured: (I) work permit from the Department of Labor and
Employment and (II) working visa from the Bureau of Immigration.

This instruments consisting of two (2) pages. Including this page on which this
Acknowledgement is written refers to a Contract of Employment and has been signed by the
