ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION

We refer to your resignation letter dated 20th November 2014.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of your employment clause 9(1) and 9(8), you are
required upon resignation to give either 4 weeks’ notice in writing or 4 weeks’ salary in lieu of
notice in the event of cessation of employment and in case of the Employee leaving the
Company before Employment period, the Company has its right to claim from Employee’s
behalf by the Company.

However, since you requested you effective date of resignation to be immediately on 20 th
