NOUN Journal of Management and International Development (NOUN-JOMAID) is a multidisciplinary
peer-reviewed International journal of the Faculty of Management Sciences, National Open University of
Nigeria (NOUN), Abuja, Nigeria. NOUN-JOMAID is published bi-annually and accepts qualitative
and quantitative papers which are published in print and online.

CALL FOR PAPERS

We welcome research scholars to contribute their original, unpublished and quality works in form of
case studies, empirical studies, meta-analysis, and theoretical articles. The last date for submission is
October 17, 2023. The articles will be published by October 31, 2023.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

1. All manuscripts should not be more than 17 pages (8500 words) (double spaced) including references,
appendices, figures, and tables.

2. Text must be submitted in document format and should appear in 12-point Times New Roman or other
common 12-point fonts. All pages should be numbered consecutively.

3. All titles should be as brief as possible; 12 to 20 words.

4. The front page should contain the title of the manuscript, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s), functional
email address(es), and telephone number(s). Where available, please also include ORCiDs of all authors.
One author will need to be identified as the corresponding author.

5. All articles should start with STRUCTURED abstract of not more than 250 words with a minimum of (5)
and a maximum of seven (7). keywords.

6. For blind peer review purposes, specify the title of the manuscript, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s),
functional email address(es), and telephone number(s) separately on the first page (cover page).

7. All references must be in American Psychological Association (APA) style - 7th Edition.

8. Every article will be subjected to a double-blind peer review and evaluated based on originality,
research content, correctness, and relevance. Only those that meet these requirements will be considered
for publication. Peer review cost is NGN 5,000 or $10 only.

9 An Article Processing Charge (APC) of NGN 25,000 or $50 applies for authors whose papers are
accepted.

10 Each Article published is entitled to one Complimentary Hard copy. Extra copy attracts NGN 5,000
per copy excluding shipping/delivery fees.

12 Please use British spelling style consistently throughout your work.
