PROPOSED MEN’S WEAR SHOP INTERIOR

This is further to the site visit we had with you regarding the above project. Thank you for inviting us as the
consultant architects for your project.

After analyzing your requirement and inspecting the site we are forwarding here with our Scope of
Consultancy service & Fee Proposal for your perusal.

Given below is the Scope of Work covered by the Consultancy service Fee Proposal and the stages of
payment. The lump sum Consultancy of the project would be,

Scope of the project

• Total shop interior design

- Ground floor shop interior
- 1st floor workshop area LKR 145 000
- 1st floor display area
• Architectural plans
• Architectural detail drawings
• Material and furniture selections
• 3D Visualized images LKR 50 000
• Logo design LKR 20 000

Phase of Service Fee Payable

A. Advance payment
20% of the total fee – 40 000/-
Preliminary advice to the client, obtaining client’s requirements.

B. Schematic Design
40% of the total fee – 77500/-
Preparing preliminary layout plan for the Client's approval and basic 3D visualization.

C. Total payment
40% of the total fee – 77500/-
Final total design with revisions, final 3D visualization images.

D. Site visit charges – 10000 per one

Note: - Payment on each phase would be due once relevant phase is completed.
