Based on our discussion with you on the above project, we hereby submit to you our proposal based on the
estimate and current market prices. As indicated, we intend to drill 800ft production borehole, which is
mainly sedimentary formation (clay, silt and sand) as well as install 5.5HP submersible Pump. The borehole
will be drilled with motorized water drilling rig and quality drilling chemicals in a professional manner.

The total contract sum is Six million, five hundred and six thousand naira (N6,506,000.00) only

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND QUOTE VALIDITY

1. 70% - Down payment

2. 20% - After drilling of the borehole but before Casing pipes installation
3. 10% - Immediately after completion of the entire project
