The Present Simple Tense

When do we use the simple present? We use the simple present tense for:
(1) Frequent Actions ( habits or routines ) Keywords:
every…, daily,
(2) Permanent States ( facts & general truths ) yearly, always,
(3) Timetable Events ( scheduled events). usually, often,

For example:

Remember: 
The verb (V1) whose subject is a Third Person Singular Noun ( Ali, the teacher, the
man) or Pronoun (she, he, it) always takes “s” ⟶ ex: Ali works as a teacher / She
sleeps early

The Present Continuous Tense
