Interactions and reflection

The Discussion on communication in the clinical setting was given and there were experiences
that Ma'am Steph was able to share with the class that was accurate to my experiences when I
did my duty last summer, the skits of the other groups were well thought out, and were able
to portray the correct manners on Communicating on the phone, preparing the clinic,
attending to clients during visits and follow-ups, and coping with the loss of a patient and
the grief of the clients' loss. Ma'am also pointed out that when you come to the clinic you
must have the initiative and know the work that you do, waiting for instructions may delay
the work. it is also important to know that if your clinic has no capacity to accommodate
the patient, you must not prolong the agony of the patient and refer them to a better expert
