For this morning we will be embarking
in a new journey. Are you with me? Yes ma’am, we are all excited.
But before we proceed to our formal
discussion let’s have a short activity first.
So, I have here a box that contains
several questions.
The activity that we have is called “Pass
the Bottle” I will play the music while
you are passing the bottle and when the (Students actively listening)

as well. You will be the one who will
pick the question from the box. You will

D. Application (Group Activity – Role Play)

situation you can apply the three coping skills/techniques. I’ll give you 5 minutes to

coping skills because it will probably
help you or us to deal with emotional
problems like being sad, difficult and

Again, the three coping skills are the

problem – solving strategy, and the
positive reframing strategy.
