Okay! Before we proceed to our lesson for today, allow
me to introduce myself. I am Miss Angelica N.
Rocamora. I am grateful to meet you all. So now, for us
to have a smooth and productive discussion, I have rules

Last meeting we discuss about Nutritional Problems
of Adolescents. We tackled about Anorexia
Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa.so when we say
Anorexia Nervosa it is a condition in which
obsessed with becoming excessively thinner, and
reduces food intake to the point where his or her
health is compromised. He/she limits his or her
food intake and diets to the point of starvation.
While having bulimia nervosa a condition who eats
a lot of food in a short time (binging) then gets rid
of the food (purging) to prevent gaining weight.

This time, we will have a game called 4pics and 1 word. I
guess all of us here are familiar with this game right?

Now, I want you to group yourself into 3 groups.
In your group I want you to bring out of any object/
things that you have right now that you think causes
your stress and relate it to the group on how stress
affects you based on the object you choose, discuss it in Yes , ma’am.

one feel threatened or upset. When the body senses

Do you know class that there are two types of stress?
These are the Eustress and Distress or the positive stress

When we say Eustress or positive stress it is a form of

performance, and well- being.
While Distress or negative stress is a type of stress we
are referring to when we say stress. It is a form of stress
with negative implications.

difference of two types of stress which is Eustress and
Distress. Each of you will be given a smile and sad faces.
All you have to do is to raise the smiling face if you
consider the situation a source of eustress and raise the
sad face if it causes distress.

you to create scenario on what makes you stress in this
time of pandemic, and how did you cope up with that
situation. How did you handle your stress?
I want you to talk on your group and decide on your
drama play. I will give you 15 minutes to practice.

We must bear in our mind that stress itself is not bad or
a good sign. Stress is a fact of life. It is inevitable. Having
stress is perfectly normal and healthy. Stress is a part of
our day to day existence. Stress is normal part of our life
that can either help us to grow or can cause us
significant problems. That’s why it is very important to
learn the right way or the positive how we can cope up
our own stress.
